Logistics Manager

who thrives in a high-energy environment, keeps operations running seamlessly, and takes pride in precision, compliance, and organization.

About the Role



You're the "mission control" for our daily operations -- coordinating teams, trucks, and timelines to perfection.
This is a

hands-on leadership role

where no two days are the same. You'll oversee dispatch, manage our fleet and warehouse, and ensure every move runs safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

What You'll Be Doing



Daily Dispatch & Scheduling:

Manage the daily schedule, dispatch crews, and adjust on the fly to keep jobs running smoothly.

Team Coordination:

Act as the primary point of contact for our movers, drivers, and service staff supporting them through challenges in real time.

Customer Support:

Handle escalations professionally and calmly, ensuring our "white-glove" reputation is upheld.

Fleet & Warehouse Management:

Oversee truck maintenance, repairs, inspections, and supply inventory. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse.

Sales Collaboration:

Work closely with our sales team to confirm job details and optimize routes.

Team Development:

Assist the Team Trainer with onboarding and identify opportunities for mover training.

Team Compliance & Safety:

Ensure all movers and drivers follow company protocols, complete vehicle inspections, and maintain WCB and NSC compliance.

Systems Integrity:

Keep CRM and dispatch data accurate, up-to-date, and well-organized.

Have

2+ years' experience

in logistics, dispatch, or fleet management (moving, delivery, or trades industry a plus). Excel at

problem-solving

under pressure and making quick, confident decisions. Are a

clear communicator

who commands respect from teams. Are

detail-obsessed

and find satisfaction in a well-run day. Are

calm, grounded, and accountable

-- the kind of person who shows up and makes things happen. (Bonus) Have experience with CRMs or dispatch tools like

SmartMoving, Jobber, or Housecall Pro.

Compensation & Details



Salary:

$45,000-$55,000/year (based on experience)

Schedule:

Full-time, Monday-Friday (occasional weekends during peak season)

Burnaby Warehouse HQ
