Job Description

The Logistics & Inventory Specialist will play a critical role in supporting and improving warehouse logistics, equipment tracking systems, and daily operations. Working closely with the current warehouse manager, this role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, brings structure to chaos, and has a strong sense of ownership and initiative.

Key Responsibilities:



Assist in assessing and improving the organization and layout of the warehouse for maximum efficiency Help maintain and organize an accurate inventory tracking system for all gym equipment Participate in the loading of equipment for scheduled deliveries Collaborate with the warehouse manager to ensure accurate staging, labeling, and movement of products Book occasional freight and small parcel shipments as needed Proactively troubleshoot issues related to inventory discrepancies, delivery challenges, or warehouse flow Communicate with logistics partners, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations Support and help enforce warehouse safety standards and cleanliness Monitor supply levels for packaging and shipping materials, and reorder when necessary Provide insight and feedback to fellow team members to continuously improve warehouse systems and processes

Qualifications:



2+ years of experience in inventory, or warehouse operations Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to lift and move heavy equipment as needed Comfortable working in a hands-on, physical warehouse environment Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets experience Understanding of commercial gym equipment, and knowledge of brands is an asset Clear and professional communication skills (written and verbal) Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently or in a team Forklift certification

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
