Job Summary:



The Logistics / Equipment Coordinator is responsible for managing the procurement, inventory, transportation, and maintenance of equipment and materials required for day-to-day operations. This role ensures the timely and efficient movement of goods and equipment to and from job sites, warehouses, or customer locations, while maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with safety and operational procedures.

Key Responsibilities:



Coordinate the delivery, pick-up, and distribution of equipment, tools, and materials to job sites or departments. Maintain inventory of equipment and supplies; monitor usage and forecast needs. Schedule and manage transportation logistics for inbound and outbound shipments. Track, inspect, and maintain equipment to ensure operational readiness and safety compliance. Create and manage documentation such as shipping manifests, inventory reports, delivery schedules, and maintenance logs. Communicate with vendors, suppliers, drivers, and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely logistics. Support procurement processes, including sourcing equipment and materials and managing rental agreements. Handle equipment check-in/check-out processes and monitor equipment usage by employees. Ensure all logistics operations comply with company policies and relevant safety regulations. Assist in budget planning and cost control related to logistics and equipment management. Coordinate the disposal of obsolete equipment. Troubleshoot and resolve logistics or equipment issues as they arise.

Qualifications:



High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field is a plus. Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, warehouse, or equipment coordination. Proficient in logistics software, inventory systems, and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Strong communication and problem-solving abilities. Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks as needed. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Work Environment:



Split between office, warehouse, and field environments. May involve working outdoors and at job sites. May require flexible hours, including evenings or weekends, depending on operational needs.

Preferred Attributes:



Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset. Strong multitasking abilities under pressure. Familiarity with OSHA and other relevant safety standards. Previous experience in live entertainment industry.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $35,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
