Kotn is looking for a highly analytical, detail-oriented, and intellectually curious Logistics and Distribution Coordinator to join our Supply Chain team. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and can multi-task, prioritize effectively, and roll up their sleeves to get the job done. This team member will play a critical role in coordinating, analyzing and reporting on the company\xe2\x80\x99s inbound, outbound and distribution logistics as we strive toward best-in-class supply chain and working capital management. What you\xe2\x80\x99ll be doing:

• Work closely with all stakeholders to facilitate logistics and ensure DTC, Wholesale and Retail orders are shipped on time
• Organize shipments, create manifests and provide delivery information to appropriate teams including Customer Service, Wholesale, Retail, Production and Marketing
• Monitor inbound, outbound, and return shipments daily to ensure that they meet specifications and are delivered on time
• Work with logistics providers and customs brokers to clear shipments from customs and troubleshoot shipment issues
• Audit supplier commercial paperwork for compliance
• Follow up with internal and external stakeholders daily to identify and resolve the various issues identified
• Monitor performance of various service and software providers
• Ensure proper company warehouse and supply-chain procedures are followed
• Document actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and maintaining databases
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure maximum transparency and traceability of product movement
• Procure and manage inventory levels of packaging supplies
• Assist with month end-reporting and routine reporting
• Visit retail and warehousing locations to promote process compliance and service level agreements
• Support with continuous improvement initiatives as they pertain to logistics and distribution management

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in a related field such as Business Administration or SCM
• English, full professional proficiency
• 2+ years of proven experience in logistics and supply-chain management, working with international logistics
• Computer-savvy with a working knowledge of logistics/IMS software (ERP)
• Knowledge of the global logistics and transportation industry
• Experience with customs documentation
• Solid experience in Microsoft Office Suite
• High level of analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to prioritize and multitask
• Excellent people skills, and a positive, solutions-focused mindset
• Highly organized and able to see tasks through to final completion
• Flexible and proactive with regards to day-to-day work
