WHEN YOU JOIN US YOU WILL BE;

• Drive the daily execution of the IKO Logistics routine to meet established KPI goals.
• Daily dispatch of loads and aligning to commitments made with area logistics leads.
• Ensuring accountability through routine follow-up
• Planning for success inside tactical window
• Working closely with plant and vendor shipping leads to execute the aligned plan on a daily basis.
• Expected multiple communication points daily with key contacts both verbal and written.
• Build relationships with counterparts at carrier and vendor partners to improve the outlook for IKO.
• Expediting and follow- up on all pick and delivery in service areas.
• Rail experience is an asset but not mandatory.
