Completion of Secondary Education or Equivalent
Knowledge of Customs requirements and processes
A Forklift / Telehandler Certificate

Responsibilities:
Co-ordinate and monitor logistics of the movement of parts, supplies, and materials
Manage incoming and outgoing freight and other shipments
Compile detailed worksheets and specifications from customer's order
Maintain communication with manufacturing, purchasing, finance and dealers to ensure shipping deadlines will be met
Prepare and organise workflow schedules
Prioritize and coordinate the material and workflow through the cleaning area
Work with or around material handling equipment
Lead the development and training of the cleaning team
Coordinate the movement of parts to and from suppliers and sub-contractors
Prepare and maintain various reports on the progress of work, materials used, rates of production and other production information, using manual or computerized systems
Ensure all areas are producing products to the company's quality standards and proper processes are being followed
Assist in process and procedure improvement activities
Assist in accomplishing manufacturing staff results by communicating job expectations including planning, monitoring and appraising job results; coaching and counseling employees; and initiating, coordinating and enforcing systems, policies and procedures
Participate in inventory activities
Determine the method of shipment and arrange shipping; prepare bills of lading, customs forms, invoices and other shipping documents manually or by computer
Assist in process and procedure improvement activities
Assist with company goals through processes development and refinement
Report on Key Performance Indicators
Clean, Package, Bundle, Label and Certify finished product
Communicate Quality Alerts and implement Corrective Actions as required
Develops and maintains a clean, safe working environment for self and co-workers
Consistently demonstrate and incorporate principals of safety for self and others in daily activities
Maintains strict confidentiality in all aspects of work
Able to work additional hours as required
