- Transmit and update rail billing as required
- Process Logistics invoices
- Secure Reefer RV\xe2\x80\x99s and provide to customers
- Update requisitions for Import/Export in requisition maintenance throughout Canada
- Ensure that invoices are processed and given to Finance for payment
- Respond to inquiries, by email or phone, from clients/vendors and other ZIM Offices
- Act as a back up to team members\xef\xbb\xbf
Requirements:
- C.E.G.E.P. / Post-Secondary (or equivalent) diploma
- Three to five years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Bilingual
- Computer Literacy
