Logistics Coordinator Required for Seasonal Work in St.Mary\'s Bay , NL. Shift work, evenings and weekends Competitive salary Mush hold a class 5 drivers license. Local travel required The Logistics Coordinator should be able to manage their own time and their team\xe2\x80\x99s time efficiently to maximize productivity. The Logistics Coordinator works directly with the plant management team to ensure they deliver and receive goods in and out in a timely manner. \xc2\xb7 Coordinate and manage all logistical movements inside the province \xc2\xb7 Coordinate Bait and ice movements to the buying stations \xc2\xb7 Coordinate dockside Monitors and Graders at buying stations \xc2\xb7 Set up offloading crews with direct employees and contractors \xc2\xb7 Schedule and Arrange trucks as needed with in house and contracted trucking companies. \xc2\xb7 Report directly to plant manager and production manager \xc2\xb7 Maintain bait inventory. \xc2\xb7 Maintain ice inventory and understand ice capacities and requirements \xc2\xb7 Efficiently coordinate the movement of trailers and trucks inside NL. \xc2\xb7 Estimate time, quantity of materials needed to complete a job. \xc2\xb7 Manage schedule effectively to maximize work flow at the plant \xc2\xb7 Track incoming/outgoing products/materials/equipment. \xc2\xb7 Monitor costs of each project. \xc2\xb7 Have working and usable knowledge of spreadsheets.
