Logistics Coordinator

to support our growing operations.

Position Summary:

The Logistics Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring the smooth and compliant operation of our supply chain. You'll manage inventory, oversee procurement of materials, assist in production scheduling, and coordinate logistics with our distribution partners. This role bridges operations and supply chain, requiring hands-on attention to detail and a proactive approach.

Key Responsibilities:Inventory & Supply Chain Management

? Maintain accurate inventory records of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods using inventory management software

? Perform regular inventory counts and reconciliations

? Monitor stock levels and proactively reorder supplies to avoid shortages or overstock

? Receive, inspect, and track incoming shipments of materials

Procurement

? Source and order raw materials, packaging, and operational supplies from approved vendors

? Build relationships with suppliers and manage purchase orders and delivery timelines

? Track procurement budgets and assist in cost control measures

Production Support

? Collaborate with the production team to forecast material needs based on production plans

? Support daily and weekly production scheduling

? Ensure timely availability of materials and resources to support production runs

Logistics & Distribution

? Coordinate outgoing shipments with distribution partners and medical channels

? Prepare necessary documentation for shipments in accordance with Health Canada regulations

? Track and report on order fulfillment and logistics performance

Compliance & Documentation

? Maintain accurate records for inventory, procurement, and distribution activities

? Ensure adherence to all applicable regulatory requirements, including those set by Health Canada

? Assist with audits and inspections as needed

Qualifications:

? 3+ years experience in logistics, supply chain, or inventory coordination, with specific experience working for a cannabis licensed producer

? Familiarity with inventory management and basic ERP systems

? Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

? Comfortable working in a fast-paced, regulated environment

? Strong communication and collaboration skills

? Knowledge of cannabis industry regulations is a strong asset

? Must be eligible to work in Canada and able to obtain/maintain security clearance if required

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
