Job Description

We are currently seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join the Capacity Management team based in Saint John, New Brunswick.



Ongoing sourcing of new carriers for existing and new business; Build strong relationships with the carriers; Negotiate competitive rates with both carriers and customers; TMS Account Management activities Communicating with carriers and negotiations for needed equipment, service expectations, and rates; Identify areas for improvement and actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Experience within the transportation/logistics industry required; Passionate about relationship building, customer service, and problem solving; Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced industry; Excellent proactive communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills; Strong organizational and time management skills, with an attention to detail; Energy, enthusiasm, and the ability to work within a team; Computer skills are essential (MS Office).
