Logistics Coordinator

In this position, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

1. Communicating with carriers, freight forwarders, bounded warehouses and drayage companies to coordinate all incoming goods.

2. Handling email communication with overseas clients regarding outbound orders. Completing rating, billing, PODs and required reports for customers

3. Arranging all freight from facilities to clients.

4. Negotiating rates with carriers and providing freight quotes

5.Communicating with managers regarding customer inquiries and follow up. Managing warehouse inventory

6.Preparing outbound order instructions for warehouse associates.

7.Using WMS and OMS systems to process inbound, outbound and return orders. Preparing accurate invoices.

8.General administration and warehouse support (maintaining office supplies, filing etc.)

Minimum Requirements

1.Fluent in English/Chinese

2. College Degree

3.Available for overtime

4.Able to provide your own transportation

Qualifications

1.Can problem solve and think independently

2. Experience in Excel, Warehouse Management Systems(an asset), and word-processing software

3. Efficient in creating spreadsheets and updating detailed records

4. Able to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment

5. Able to adapt and acquire knowledge quickly

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
