Sands Bulk Logistic Coordinator.The Logistics Coordinator manages the inventory control of the business - it's a big deal! In this key role you will manage the day-to-day system, including Railcar inventory control, Chemical inventory, loads for customers and deliveries, management support, and some data entry and data integrity quality oversight. The Logistic Coordinator is the center of Sands Bulk's operations.Core Duties and Responsibilities include:

• Railcar and bulk chemical inventory control.
• Ordering and releasing of rail cars.
• Organizing inbound and outbound loads from terminal.
• Tracking of demurrage charges.
• Working with all departments to make things flow smoothly.
• Data Entry and Customer Billing.

Minimum Requirements (Experience, Education, Qualifications, Skills, Abilities):

• 1-year experience in administration, preferably in a Transportation or Warehouse environment setting.
• Completed Diploma of Administration, Bookkeeping, Accounting or related from a recognized institution - relevant experience will be considered.
• Strong technical skills with the ability to learn and use technology systems.
• Demonstrated ability to deal effectively with others in a diverse environment.
• Demonstrated organization and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, computers and business applications.
• Excellent multitasking and time management skills.
