THE OPPORTUNITY

Logistics Coordinator, Operations.

Reporting to the Manager, Operations, you'll play a key role in ensuring our furniture installations and deliveries run smoothly and efficiently. In this role, you'll support our delivery and installation operations by coordinating schedules and providing administrative support.

WHAT YOU WILL DO



Scheduling & Coordination



Organize and oversee labor and delivery schedules for both current and upcoming projects. Assign crews strategically based on expertise, client needs, and project budgets. Collaborate with Project Coordinators to resolve delivery-related challenges, including last-minute changes or absences. Coordinate with the warehouse team to allocate RGO fleet vehicles for deliveries and installations. Prepare and manage documentation including tickets, trackers, and client communications. Act as a liaison between field teams and clients to ensure timely, safe, and high-quality service. Confirm safety orientations and site-specific requirements are met. Maintain and organize time reports and related documentation.

Deficiency Management



Communicate clearly with design, sales, and project coordination teams to resolve issues. Gather on-site details such as photos, locations, and quantities to support resolution. Process claims and orders, track shipments, and update acknowledgment records. Manage client expectations around timelines, updates, and billing. Respond to incoming requests within a 48-hour window. Investigate root causes of deficiencies to support accurate costing and coding. Monitor recurring issues and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

Administrative Support



Handle general office tasks including filing and paperwork. Oversee uniform distribution and tracking for the Installation Team. Maintain records related to the upkeep and repairs of the Operations fleet.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING



At least 2 years of experience in logistics, delivery coordination, or a related field. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Proficiency in MS Office and routing software, with a willingness to learn internal systems (e.g., Hedberg). A collaborative mindset, problem-solving abilities, and confidence in setting boundaries. Familiarity with furniture products is an asset. Ability to manage multiple tasks and high volumes of work efficiently. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication. Proven ability to resolve issues and think critically. Comfortable working under pressure and committed to finding win-win solutions.
