Job Description


Join the National Cargo Services Team! As a Logistics Coordinator/Office Admin, you will:

  • Answer client inquiries through phone and email
  • Process client orders in ERP and validate prior to ship out
  • Maintain accurate inventory and cargo status in ERP
  • Perform data entry, office admin tasks, filing, etc. as required
  • Prepare necessary paper work for client/driver regarding pick up and drop off
Skills required:
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Decision making and problem solving skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly with clients both verbally and in writing in English
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Previous experience in freight forwarding or warehousing industry is an asset
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin or Cantonese
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: $20.00-$25.00 per hour Benefits:
