Logistics Coordinator

Stratus Vineyards, an ultra premium winery located in Niagara-on-the-Lake, Ontario is seeking a highly skilled Logistics Coordinator to manage our daily logistics in relation to multi-channel order fulfillment, distribution, inventory reconciliation, warehousing and transportation.

This position requires the successful candidate to ensure accurate and timely movement of inventory while maintaining operational excellence and the highest standard of service.

The Logistics Coordinator's responsibilities include:

fulfillment of wine transfers, orders and shipments across all channels; maintaining accurate records of shipments, inventory levels and delivery costs; proficiency in the use of logistics software to receive, manage and track shipments; monthly inventory counts for both Cased Goods and Packaging; coordination and fulfillment of high-volume, quarterly Wine Club Member shipments; and working with suppliers and our internal departments to optimize shipments.
The successful candidate will have appropriate post-secondary education, 3+ years of logistics experience, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, tow-motor training and the ability to lift 50 lbs.
