Your tasks may include but not limited to

• Process all customer purchase orders; all data entries in ERP system
• Via EDI, receive and transmit customer correspondence; maintain process flow
• Process invoices, as well as shipping documents for customs, transport and warehousing
• Participate in the shipment booking approvals with various customers and overseas 3rd party logistic companies to process picking order accordingly
• Follow up via email and telephone with customer service as well as process their claims
• Provide shipping reports and order status
• Processing of shipping documents for customs, transport, and warehousing
• Ensure customer portal is updated with shipping related information (ASN, shipping details and confirmation)
• Manage all documentation required for OGDs and customer portal
• Implement monthly KPIs
• Ensure all imports and exports are processed in a timely manner
• Other duties as required

What we are looking for:

• College Degree or equivalent
• 5 years of experience in customer service, traffic and logistics
• Worked in the garment industry
• Proficient in MS Office - advanced Excel knowledge a MUST
• Knowledge and experience with ERP systems, EDI an asset; ability to use large databases (BI or other)
• Have great interpersonal and communication skills
• English and French communication skills
