Job Overview

We are looking for a reliable and experienced

Logistics Coordinator

to join our Mississauga team. This role acts as a key point of contact between our clients and warehouse team, ensuring all orders and logistics tasks are processed smoothly, accurately, and on time.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and process customer orders in the system Communicate with clients via email or phone regarding orders, special requirements, and status updates Respond promptly to client requests, track orders, and resolve issues proactively Coordinate with the warehouse team to arrange receiving, picking, packing, and shipping Record and track warehouse activity, including inbound and outbound shipments Prepare and organize daily logistics and inventory reports Assist in stock reconciliation and inventory audits Support improvements to warehouse and logistics operations Maintain organized documentation for client orders, shipping records, and internal processes

Qualifications

Minimum

1 year of logistics coordination, warehouse admin, or supply chain experience

Strong communication skills in

English (written & verbal)

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, email, and inventory/logistics systems High attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to work independently Good organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment Team player with problem-solving mindset and responsibility Knowledge of warehouse operations and documentation is an asset
