Position: Logistics Dispatcher (US-Canada Cross-Border Operations)

About the Role:

We are looking for a reliable, experienced, and highly responsible Logistics Dispatcher who can independently manage our cross-border (U.S.-Canada) transportation operations. This role requires someone who is responsive and proactive, able to handle logistics coordination and customer communication even outside of regular business hours.

Responsibilities:

Handle daily cross-border shipments (U.S.-Canada), including coordinating pickups, deliveries, and carrier schedules.

Manage Amazon appointment bookings and update related systems promptly.

Prepare, review, and update all BOLs, invoices, and customs/tax documents accurately.

Communicate effectively with U.S. and Canadian carriers, ensuring timely status updates and problem resolution.

Maintain clear communication with drivers to ensure required documents are complete and updated.

Respond quickly to customer messages and urgent logistics issues -- even after regular office hours when needed.

Coordinate with Canadian local carriers for domestic shipments and dispatching.

Collaborate with the team in China to align scheduling, paperwork, and shipment information.

Track shipment progress, identify potential delays, and take proactive action to resolve issues.

Keep all operational records and documentation organized and up to date.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
