Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Pay:

$20-$21 per hour (based on experience)

About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized

Logistics Coordinator

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will support daily operations by maintaining shipment data accuracy, communicating with brokers and clients, and ensuring smooth coordination of logistics processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Record pre-alerts and ensure all shipment details are accurate Follow up on and resolve any leftover data issues Upload CBSA information and update exams in CLVS Handle CAP determinations Send manifests Respond to brokers' emails Prepare and send daily and manifest reports to clients

Qualifications:

Previous experience in logistics or customs coordination preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficiency with Excel, data entry, and email communication Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
