This position offers the successful candidate a permanent opportunity in a fast paced, growing company in a clean, food-grade warehouse environment. We are looking for an individual that is committed to getting the job done, is a team player with excellent communication skills (fluent in English) and takes initiative.

This is a permanent full time position

8:00am to 4:30pm.

Duties and Responsibilities

Track and trace containers at CN/CP. Scheduling and preparing documentation. Reception duties, customer service, responding to phone calls and email from clients and carriers. Schedule pick up and delivery of shipments. Arrange transborder shipments between US/Canada. Customs submission and clearance.

Candidate Requirements

Canadian or U.S.

university degree

Reliable,

punctual and a

team player

.

Minimum 3 years

logistics and customer service experience.

Familiar with freight forwarder tasks, CN/CP track and trace, customs documentation.

Detail oriented

and work well under pressure.

Good health

and comfortable in a

non-smoking

environment.

Fluent in English

(oral and written) with excellent communication skills. Have

own transportation

(no bus). Effective at

multi-tasking and prioritizing

with efficient time management skills. Able to

work independently

. Excellent

typing and computer skills

(Word, Outlook, Excel).
