---------Compile orders and instructions received from customers Organize tasks to accomplish the work Plan and organize operational logistics of the organization Track and complete work orders Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments Prepare and submit reports Arrange for maintenance and repair work Provide customer service Assist with maintenance of communications equipment Dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders Maintain vehicle operator work records Schedule assignments and co-ordinate activities of vehicle operators, crews and equipment
