We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented

Logistics Coordinator

This role involves tracking shipments from China, monitoring flights in real-time, coordinating with airports upon landing, preparing necessary documentation, and arranging trucking to ensure timely delivery to warehouses. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, logistics experience, and fluency in both English and Mandarin. This position requires

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and track incoming shipments from China in real time. Coordinate with airports to manage cargo handling and resolve any issues post-flight landing. Prepare and manage all required documentation to ensure smooth cargo clearance. Arrange trucking schedules for timely pickup and delivery to designated warehouses. Communicate effectively with internal teams, trucking companies, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations. Troubleshoot and resolve any logistical issues that arise during the shipping process.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of related work experience. Basic knowledge of financial principles, including cost analysis and profit margin evaluation; proficient in data analysis tools such as Excel (e.g., pivot tables). Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to work weekends and be on-call at night based on different shifts. Fluency in Mandarin and English is
