• Enter data into system according to bill of lading and other relevant sources.
• Verify and cross-check information to ensure accuracy of data in system.
• Monitor cargo movement, work with brokers, carriers and truckers to complete deliveries.
• Disseminate shipments-related information internally as well as to customers and other external parties.
• Proactively address issues by communicating and coordinating with relevant parties.
• Analyze logistics data, prepare reports as needed.
• Assist in other logistics-related activities as needed.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in a logistics-related role.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal + written).
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Fluency in Cantonese/Mandarin an asset.
• High degree of professionalism, meticulous attention to details.
• Comfortable with multi-tasking and handling multiple priorities with tight deadlines.
• Proactive and quick to learn.
• Works effectively in a multicultural team environment.
• Knowledge in Salesforce will be a great asset.
