About Company

B&J Warehousing & Distribution is a Canadian logistics and warehousing company with operations across Canada and the United States. Headquartered in Mississauga, we specialize in cross-border fulfillment, warehousing, and supply chain solutions for e-commerce sellers, import/export businesses, and retail clients. With continued business expansion, we are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator to join our Mississauga team.

Responsibilities

Coordinate daily shipping, receiving, and order processing Handle incoming customer requests via email or phone and provide timely responses Create shipping documents, update internal systems, and ensure accurate data entry Communicate with warehouse staff to ensure smooth order handling and issue resolution Monitor freight status and update customers on delivery timelines Maintain and organize daily operation logs, shipping records, and inventory documents Support management with logistics reporting and workflow optimization
Qualifications

Fluent in English (verbal and written) Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or transportation preferred Strong computer skills (Excel, email, shipping platforms, WMS is a plus) Excellent communication and coordination skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team
