Shadow Group of Companies is currently seeking an experienced logistics coordinator. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in the transportation industry as well as being an enthusiastic and results driven team player, Specialized in Flat Deck freight knowledge, and all transport related experience. This position can be accommodated from any terminal. Langley, Calgary ,Edmonton or Regina \xc2\xb7 Responsibilities.* - Oversee and grow the logistics and brokerage division - Coordinate with operations managers in the development and implementation of company procedures - Responsible for the hiring, training and growth of transportation partners - Resolve customer issues should they arise Requirements. Knowledge of flatbed freight, loading, brokerage & freight finding, DOT regulations, OD loads, etc - Strong communication skills - Excellent problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities - Strong leadership and motivational abilities - Computer proficient in MS Office programs Above all, the right candidate will appreciate that we are a service driven company and look for motivated employees to understand that service is what we sell to the industry.
