- Proficient in Air & Ocean Import/Export logistics.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent people skills and negotiation abilities.
- Suitable for individuals seeking career growth opportunities within a dynamic and expanding global industry.Other Language Requirements: English
- Level of Proficiency Required: Advanced
- Reasons for Language Requirement: client support and internal team collaboration in Ontario and the Maritimes
- Frequency of Use: Daily (for various tasks)Your role:- Act as the primary contact for network, sales, and customer tenders & RFPs/RFIs.
- Oversee the intake, distribution, and communication with all relevant parties.
- Launch and manage requests with carriers, vendors, and service providers.
- Handle all functions, deadlines, and milestones for tender and bid responses.
- Maintain and update marketing, sales collateral, and company information for bids.
- Coordinate and advise on internal and external communications.
- Complete bid documents or ensure they are completed by responsible parties.
