Responsibilities will include...
- Source carriers to execute shipments
- Order entry
- Negotiate rates with customers and carriers
- Build relationships with customers and carriers
- Solicit new business from prospective clients
- Facilitate organic growth from existing accounts
- Proven track record in a 3PL Setting
- Experience using Loadlink
- Current knowledge of market rates and carriers who serve them
- Team player
- Ability to multi-task
- Excellent communication skills
