DescriptionLogistics Coordinator/ Dispatcher
Burlington, ON
Days- In office role
Salary $40,000k up to $50,000kKey Responsibilities:Coordinate and manage all aspects of third-party logistics operations for inbound and outbound shipments.
Work closely with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate shipments.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management.
Plan, schedule, and track shipments to ensure efficient movement of goods.
Communicate with carriers, warehouses, and vendors to address any transportation issues or delays.
Prepare and process shipping documentation, including bills of lading, customs forms, and other required paperwork.
Resolve issues related to shipping discrepancies, damaged goods, and lost shipments.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and legal requirements.
Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and other logistics-related data.
Perform data analysis and provide reports on logistics performance and improvements.
Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and inventory management.
Qualifications:Proven experience as a Logistics Coordinator with specific experience in 3PL (third-party logistics).
Strong understanding of logistics, supply chain management, and transportation systems.
Familiarity with transportation management software (TMS) and other logistics tools.
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and logistics software.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
