- $20.00 - $24.00/hr.

Responsibilities
The Logistic Coordinator is responsible for:
- Review, dispute and/or approve payment for accounts payable Invoices
- Review bookings and all documentation required
- Finalize numbers for Customs reporting
- Issue custom documentation for each load crossing an international border
- Applying for Import/Export Certificates
- Administrative support, including filing and updating records
- Process required shipping/receiving documentation
- Coordinate with sales department

Qualifications
As a Logistics Coordinator, you will need to meet the following qualifications:
- Excellent Customer Service/communication skills
- Customs and/or Transportation knowledge or experience is a definite asset
- Must have exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
- Detail oriented with superior multi-tasking skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Must have own transportation (this is not on a bus route)
