Job Summary:
The Logistics Coordinator will oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure the accurate and efficient handling, assembly, and shipment of electrical and electronic products. This role combines strong logistics management skills with basic electrical and technical knowledge to support both shipping operations and light electronics assembly.
Responsibilities:
Prepare the shipping dock for outgoing product transfers and ensure products are matched accurately with shipping orders.
Conduct quality inspections on products prior to shipment and perform final condition audits to ensure compliance with QA/QC standards.
Operate forklifts or electric pallet jacks safely to move, load, and organize inventory, maintaining a clean and secure work environment.
Schedule freight appointments, process shipping paperwork, and maintain accurate records for reporting, tracking, and inventory management.
Create and manage daily shipment schedules; oversee secure, accurate loading and unloading of shipments; and track deliveries to verify receipt.
Manage warehouse inventory, including cycle counts, samples, and incoming/outgoing stock while reporting discrepancies immediately to the supervisor.
Troubleshoot and diagnose defective electrical or electronic components, performing basic testing, verification, and assembly as needed.
Inspect and test final assemblies for performance, ensuring all required tools, parts, and materials are available for production and shipping.
Apply basic electrical and electronics knowledge--including circuitry, lighting systems, AC/DC power handling, and control/automation principles--to support warehouse and assembly operations.
Perform soldering, light assembly, and optimization tasks to ensure all orders are fulfilled accurately, efficiently, and according to specifications.
Identify and resolve issues involving missing documents, shipments, or delivery discrepancies.
Adhere to all company policies, safety standards, and best practices, maintaining an organized and compliant work area.
Perform additional duties as assigned to support overall warehouse and production goals.
