Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate, assign, and dispatch drivers for scheduled pickups and deliveries Maintain continuous communication with drivers, brokers, and customers to ensure smooth load execution Track freight movement, driver progress, and load status in real time Monitor hours of service, routes, and compliance requirements Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve delays or operational issues Accurately record load details, rates, driver information, and dispatch notes Negotiate freight rates and load terms with brokers when required Ensure all dispatch activities comply with DOT regulations and company standards Provide operational support outside regular business hours, including evenings and weekends Maintain proper records and paperwork
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00-$21.00 per hour
