Today, as part of Hexagon Mining, the Integrated Machine Systems (IMS) team continues that legacy--developing and delivering cutting-edge technologies that make mining operations safer, smarter, and more productive.

As of 2025, IMS is fully integrated within Hexagon and operates under the Hexagon name. The IMS team plays a critical role in bringing three key solutions to market: Hexagon TeleOp, Hexagon RRC, and Hexagon B-Kit (Drive-By-Wire).

Summary

We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Canada. In this role, you will play a crucial part in optimizing our supply chain processes and ensuring the efficient distribution of our products. Your contributions will directly support Hexagon IMS mission to deliver cutting-edge remote control solutions.

Responsibilities

Coordinate logistics operations to ensure timely delivery of products Manage inventory levels and optimize warehouse distribution Collaborate with suppliers and vendors for purchasing needs Analyze data to improve logistics processes and reduce costs Implement transportation management systems for efficient shipping Oversee order fulfillment and shipping & receiving activities Support demand planning initiatives to meet customer requirements Maintain accurate records within ERP systems Proven experience in logistics or supply chain management Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in relevant software Knowledge of process improvement methodologies Familiarity with transportation management systems and warehouse management systems Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. Experience with CMMS or similar tools is an asset. Understanding of e-commerce logistics is a plus.

Pay: $58,900.00-$73,600.00 per year
