ICP Managed Shipments (Transfers & Prepaid Customer Loads)



Collaborate and communicate with Midland Logistics to ensure smooth and timely delivery of loads Work with Midland Logistics, shipping facilities and internal ICP departments to resolve capacity issues, delays and other disruptions to service Investigate and resolve late or past due shipments Manage freight spend: accountable for approval of accessorial charges requested by the carrier, including updating the charges on the load in JDE Track, review and discuss KPIs with Midland Logistics on a weekly basis + Use KPIs to resolve immediate issues, implement quick wins and identify process improvement opportunities

Dedicated Fleet (Sunbury & Ft Ed)



Collaborate and communicate with the Fleet carrier, including forecasting requirements and capacity Tender customer loads to the Fleet to ensure that the trailer capacity is fully utilized Become completely knowledgeable in the Fleet contract / service level agreement and use that as the basis for decision making and execution Track, review and discuss KPIs with Fleet carrier on a weekly basis + Use KPIs to resolve immediate issues, implement quick wins and identify process improvement opportunities

Customer Managed Shipments (CPU)



Work with customer's transportation department as required to resolve logistics issues related to on-time pickup, equipment requirements, etc. Monitor past-due pickup and work with Customer Relationship Management and Distribution to resolve Assist in investigation of non-compliance claims Represent Logistics in regularly scheduled meetings between CRM and customer

Carrier Claims / Returns / Notices of Destruction



Process transportation claims from carriers Process RMA (returned merchandise authorization) requests and notice of destruction

Reporting and System maintenance



Monitor and resolve unacknowledged / unaccepted loads Update various reports on a weekly/ monthly basis

Feedback & Continuous Improvement



Provide Carrier Performance Feedback Daily/Weekly/Monthly Take every opportunity to analyze results and performance against KPIs to recommend or implement opportunities for improvement

Occasional weekend on-call, as required





Post-Secondary Education: Bachelor's Degree/Technical Diploma or combination of relevant work experience in a transportation and shipping environment. 2-4 years experience required Strong analytical / problem solving skills (taking

ownershipof issues and having the determination to follow through) Proven Team Player Ability to prioritize and work under tight deadlines in a high-energy, fast paced environment Strong Excel skills Knowledge of JD Edwards an asset * Skilled in communication across all channels (in person, over phone, email, etc.)
