Currently, we are looking for a competent Logistics Coordinator to oversee and facilitate the supply chain operations of our company. Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations
Ensure premises, assets and communication ways are used effectively
Utilize logistics IT to optimize procedures
Recruit and coordinate logistics staff (e.g. truck drivers) according to availabilities and requirements
Supervise orders and arrange stocking of raw materials and equipment to ensure they meet needs
Communicate with suppliers, retailers, customers etc. to achieve profitable deals and mutual satisfaction
Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements
Creating invoices and doing follow up for the payments.
Keep logs and records of warehouse stock, executed orders etc.
Prepare accurate reports for upper management ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.

Strong ability to use organizational skills to plan tasks effectively and use forward thinking to predict future changes and adapt accordingly.
Strong comprehension of various transportation methods and modes.
Strong proficiency with computer applications and software.

Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to complete work independently and remotely.
1- 2 years of proven work experience in operations or dispatch is required.
Ability to commute to work location.
