POSITION SUMMARY:
Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, the Logistics Coordinator is responsible for a range of logistics tasks, including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and vendor coordination.
This is an onsite position.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate with other departments to resolve order discrepancies.
Communicate with suppliers, vendors, and transportation providers.
Assist in resolving shipping delays, discrepancies, or damaged shipments.
Maintain shipping and receiving logs while updating inventory systems.
Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (with proper certification).
Work with shipping carriers such as FedEx, UPS, and freight services to arrange pickups and deliveries.
Help optimize shipping costs and methods.
Pick, pack, and process customer and internal orders with accuracy and efficiency.
Ensure timely and precise order fulfillment.
Adhere to company policies and industry regulations for shipping.
Keep the work environment clean and safe.
Organize storage areas for efficiency and safety.
Monitor stock levels and update inventory records.
Conduct cycle counts and report any discrepancies.
Ensure proper storage and organization of warehouse products.
Accurately and safely perform warehouse duties, including unloading, sorting, labeling, storing, replenishing, and auditing inventory.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with health, safety, and hazardous material regulations.
Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verifying contents and checking for damage.
Prepare outgoing shipments with accurate packaging and documentation.
Coordinate with carriers to schedule pickups and deliveries.
Collaborate with teams to meet safety, quality, productivity, attendance, and overtime requirements.
Perform additional tasks as assigned by leadership.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a fast-paced, physically demanding role.
A Supply Chain Degree or Diploma is considered an asset.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable working on your feet in environments with heat, cold, noise, and dust, including around moving equipment and elevated platforms.
Forklift experience is preferred.
Experience with shipping software (e.g., FedEx Ship Manager, UPS WorldShip) is beneficial but not required.
Ability to lift up to 55 pounds.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Effective communication with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams.
Strong problem-solving skills to address shipping challenges.
