LOGISTICS COORDINATOR

Reporting to the Logistics Supervisor, The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for the planning and movement of manufactured product from production completion to site delivery. The Logistics Coordinator will liaise daily with Behlen Shipping, external vendors, carriers and customers to provide on time delivery to our broad international customer base. An astute orator, the Logistics Coordinator will communicate with various internal departments on product availability, manufacturing completion, delivery requirements and coordinate intercompany material shipments.

This role requires:

Business Administration Diploma required Three years experience in a related field Experience with shipping, receiving and coordinating large shipments with time sensitive deliveries essential. Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs and typing is a requirement Solid communication and interpersonal skills; resourceful problem-solving skills are required Attention to detail, time and priority management are necessary for success. Ability to work in fast-paced environment, continually adapt to change and work under pressure
