Position Overview



As a Logistics Coordinator, you will support warehouse operations by managing the receipt, storage, and shipment of goods. Your duties include ensuring order accuracy, maintaining safety standards, and coordinating inbound and outbound shipments in compliance with customs regulations. This role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, logistics-focused environment.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities



Review and enter all outbound sales orders from clients Communicate any discrepancies (shortages) to clients accurately and timely Collaborate with inventory team for accurate WMS entries Schedule and prioritize unloading with warehouse staff Inspect goods and report discrepancies or damages to clients Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal teams Maintain accurate shipment records and documentation Operate forklifts and other associated machinery as required Maintain safety and cleanliness standards Report issues affecting production or safety

Qualifications & Essential Skills



Minimum 1 year of warehouse/logistics experience Familiarity warehouse management software Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software Valid forklift license - an asset

Experience



Experience in inbound logistics, customs, or bonded warehouse operations (preferred)

Education



High school diploma or equivalent

Work Schedule



Monday to Friday 40 hours per week Flexibility for shift work when required, including evenings and weekends

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
