- Preparing and helping with all export and import documents
- Coordination between customers and worldwide agents
- Communication with airlines and local carriers
- Ensure all deadlines are met
- Provide exceptional customer service and guidance throughout Air Export processQualifications
- Minimum 1 year in logistics, air freight operations preferred
- Experience with Dangerous Goods
- Detail oriented and possess excellent organization skills with the ability to handle a variety of tasks simultaneously
- Strong customer service skills
