Position profile:



The Logistics & Billing/Customer Care Specialist will actively facilitate, arrange and manage the movement of our customer's freight with 3rd party transportation providers, ensuring that all goods are picked up, transported and delivered on time and to our client's satisfaction. The Logistics & Billing/Customer Care Specialist is responsible for all aspects of systems driven billing and customer service duties working in combination with our Operations team and providing support to other members of the Fluke Transportation Group. The Logistics & Billing/Customer Care Specialist will have daily interaction with numerous customers, operations staff, drivers and other company personnel. This position requires a motivated self-starter who has the ability to multitask and enjoys prospecting and building relationships. This is a fulltime day position, Monday to Friday. Responsibilities include:



Manage all customer & carrier relations to include ensuring all carrier packages are current and meet Fluke's minimum standards. Maintain and grow current customer base while building new clientele. Quote and negotiate rates with customers and partner carriers. Perform billing and rating duties through our TruckMate (TMW) system. Responding promptly to emails, answering phone calls, responding to customer inquiries, shipment tracing, data entry, updating websites, completing reports and recording necessary information in a highly computerized environment. Schedule, trace and confirm completion of loads to ensure complete customer satisfaction through our TMW (Truckmate) software. Perform functions using computerized billing and rating software, managing customer portals and uploading supporting documentation for billing, utilizing Microsoft Office products including, but not limited to Word, Excel and Outlook. Provide timely and accurate communication with customers while maintaining open and concise dialogue to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. Issuing statement of accounts and following up on overdue invoices and/or billing issues.

Candidate profile:



The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of two years Logistics experience, successful trucking administration experience and professionalism to the group.

Excellent computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook Excellent verbal and written customer service and communication skills. Ability to problem solve, multitask and resolve issues in a fast paced, high-volume environment. Organized, highly-motivated, goal oriented and results driven individual with strong problem-solving skills.

Pay: $37,500.00-$50,000.00 per year
