About the Role
As a
Client Care Specialist
, you're the welcoming face and voice of our organization. From helping individuals register for life-saving training to preparing class materials and coordinating logistics, you play a critical role in the customer journey.
This is a hands-on, people-first role in a workplace that believes in balance, support, and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities
Greet clients, guests, and visitors warmly
Register customers for first aid, CPR, AED, and blended learning courses
Respond to phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries
Prepare course paperwork, rosters, manuals, name tags, and materials
Create and send invoices; process payments through QBO
Manage customer information in Salesforce CRM
Set up and clean up training classrooms
Pack, clean, and restock first-aid and AED equipment
Assist with general office and supply duties
Who You Are
3-5+ years in office administration or customer service
Friendly, positive, and approachable
Organized, dependable, and solution-oriented
A confident self-starter who takes initiative without being asked
Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
Intermediate tech skills (Google Workspace, MS Office, QuickBooks Online, Salesforce or other CRMs)
Bilingual (English/French) required
Lived experience or community involvement is a strong asset
CPR/First Aid certification a plus
Bonus If You Have...
Experience with Salesforce or CRM systems
Exposure to AI tools or a willingness to learn
Previous work in health, safety, education, or nonprofit sectors
Familiarity with e-learning, course logistics, or instructional support
