Bookkeeper

to manage our financial records and ensure accuracy in all accounting processes.

We are a fast-paced trucking and logistics company operating both

cross-border (Canada-USA)

and

local container/drayage

operations. We are looking to hire a

Logistics & Billing Coordinator

to support daily operations while a key team member is temporarily away.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to perform under pressure in a live logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities

Create and process

customer invoices

for cross-border and local trucking operations Manage

accounts receivable (AR)

and follow up on outstanding payments Assist with

dispatch and logistics coordination

, including updating pickups and deliveries Prepare and submit

ACE and ACI customs manifests

Support container dispatch and planning Create

driver pay statements

and assist with payroll preparation Maintain accurate records across dispatch, billing, and compliance systems Communicate with drivers, customers, and internal team members clearly and professionally

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong

attention to detail

in a fast-moving environment Reliable, organized, and accountable Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) Comfortable with computers, email, spreadsheets, and logistics software Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
