Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented

Logistics Associate (Mandarin Required)

to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the efficient flow of goods and materials across our supply chain network. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, hands-on experience in logistics operations--including shipping, receiving, freight coordination, and warehouse management--and the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin.
Preference will be given to candidates with

at least 1 year of Canadian freight or logistics experience

.

Responsibilities

Manage shipping and receiving operations to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods. Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and freight carriers to arrange transportation and material procurement. Utilize

Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)

to monitor inventory, track shipments, and fulfill orders. Perform accurate and efficient order picking and packaging tasks to meet customer expectations. Analyze logistics data to identify trends, streamline operations, and improve overall efficiency. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment. Support the implementation of best practices in logistics and inventory management.

Experience & Qualifications

Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain management preferred. Familiarity with freight operations, customs, and shipping documentation is an asset. Proficiency in

Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)

; experience with

AS400

is a plus. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Fluency in Mandarin and English is required.
