Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Associate to join our team.

This position is for a full time_

(EVENING) Logistics Associate

_ will be responsible for booking jobs, billing, emailing quotes, scheduling drivers, shipping, and managing returns of product. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:

- Coordinate and schedule inbound and outbound shipments

- Ensure accurate and timely processing of all shipping and receiving documentation

- Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory levels and locations

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any logistics issues or delays

- Assist with inventory counts / product at very small scale when required.

Experience:

- Previous experience in logistics or supply chain management preferred

- - Knowledge of 3PL (third-party logistics) operations is a plus

Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 44 - 56 per week
