We are seeking a driven and dynamic Logistics Assistant - Brokerage Division for our Business Account Manager
This role is perfect for a motivated professional with a strong foundation in freight brokerage/ logistics/ customer service.
As a Logistics Assistant - Brokerage Division, you will to assist the Business Account Manager in developing new client relationships, and managing existing accounts, Customer Service is a top priority to ensure customer satisfaction.
You will work closely with internal teams and carriers to ensure seamless transportation of freight TL and LTL.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Business Account Manager in the day-to-day management of accounts responsibilities may include but not limited to the following.
Identify and acquire new carriers by leveraging industry knowledge, and creative logistics strategies.
Assist in growing accounts with the Business Account Manager by providing outstanding service and identifying opportunities for cross-selling.
Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies and provide the best possible service offerings to clients.
Negotiate rates and service terms with carriers to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Customer Support address client concerns and inquiries promptly, ensuring high levels of customer retention and satisfaction.
Track performance, analyze business trends, manage customer score cards etc. with the Business Account Manager
