Excellent negotiations skills
Experience in logistics department and scheduling is a plus
Team player with a positive and helpful attitude.
Advance knowledge of MS Excel is a must.
Job description:
Coordinating pick up schedules and arrange the dates accordingly.
Creating the truck lists and keeping records of all scheduling and dispatching.
Arrangements of temporary workers whenever the help is required.
Processing transportation invoices and follow up on payments with accounts team.
Working closely with dispatch team to ensure that all delivery documentation is available for execution of on-time deliveries.
Responsible for preparing Bill of Lading, and all Customs paperwork for trade across North America and other parts of the world.
Gathering quotes, booking containers and coordinating shipment to the customers.
Coordinating with 3rd Party Logistics Companies, brokers and trucking companies.
Writing up claims for any items that have been damaged during transportation.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm Salary: CAD $17/hr - $18/hr Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $17.00-$18.00 per hour Benefits:
