About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics and Warehouse Specialist to join our team in Port Coquitlam. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in shipping, receiving, logistics, and customs clearance, along with strong communication skills to coordinate effectively across teams in China, the U.S., and with external customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle shipping, receiving, logistics, and customs clearance processes. Use shipping software or ERP systems (experience preferred). Communicate effectively with internal teams (China and U.S.) and external customers to: Track shipment status Resolve logistics issues Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods Collaborate with the Purchasing Department to support daily operations, including: Order tracking Documentation management Inventory coordination Ensure smooth and efficient supply chain operations. Qualifications:
Previous experience in logistics, shipping, receiving, and customs clearance. Familiarity with shipping software or ERP systems is a strong asset. Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin (written and spoken). Valid U.S. visa required. Collaborative and cooperative work style with the ability to support cross-functional teams. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Pay: $23.00-$30.00 per hour
