Tesla Toronto Automation is looking for a talented Logistics Analyst to join our world-class team. We seek a dynamic, skilled, and cost-conscious professional who thrives in a collaborative environment. This role involves overseeing various types of shipments, ensuring alignment with stakeholders' unique requirements.

What You'll Do

Prioritize and collaborate with internal stakeholders on daily rush shipments, monitor status, communicate updates to internal/external stakeholders, and complete packaging and paperwork Handle daily order entry for rush and spare parts shipments, process shipping labels and/or BOLs, create customs documents, develop weekly shipping schedules for spare parts, and manage order entry, shipping documents, and invoicing for external vendors Send customs documentation to brokers for clearance as needed and create CERS declarations for international shipments while obtaining Proof of Delivery (PODs) Update the M1 ERP system with order, shipment, packaging, and customs details, maintain HTS codes and COO for part numbers as provided by Procurement & Engineering, and update rush shipment and project tracker spreadsheets Submit and monitor shipment requests through Ad Hoc, collaborating with the Ad Hoc team on special shipments including Hazmat, LTL, specialized equipment, and various projects Work with freight forwarders and carriers for Air, Ocean, LTL, FTL, and specialized equipment shipments to ensure seamless logistics Assist internal stakeholders with diverse shipment requests, including local and cross-border inbound/outbound shipments as well as vendor returns





What You'll Bring

Degree in related fields such as Business Administration, International Business, Logistics Supply Chain or equivalent experience 2-5 years of experience in Logistics and/or Supply Chain Customer service experience in a manufacturing environment preferred, with strong data entry skills and proficiency in Microsoft programs including Outlook, Teams, Excel, and Word Effective communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues with minimal supervision Ability to work well in a team environment, demonstrating good organizational and interpersonal skills while being goal, task, and detail-oriented Takes initiative, willing to constantly learn and adapt to different circumstances, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-focused environment Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with different departmental levels, with flexibility to perform other duties as assigned to meet business needs
