Job Description

OR Computer Solutions is currently seeking an Administrator to support in logistical and administrative areas of the organization. Reporting into the VP, the Administrator will bring professionalism, organization and efficiency to the organization.

Responsibilities:



Coordination of logistics and shipping Answer the phone, respond to emails and accept mail Entry of data for the purpose of reporting Preparing and reviewing excel data and reports Participate in accounts receivable and payable, this includes invoices, PO's and billing Support the team with other administrative tasks as required

Qualifications:



Experience in administration would be an asset Experience working in logistics or a logistics based company would be an asset Post-secondary education and/or related work experience Understanding of travel arrangements and logistics and expense reporting is an asset Strong skills in excel and word Extremely strong organization skills Excellent interpersonal skills complimented by a friendly personality to help maintain and build relationships with vendors and clients Sharp attention to detail and analytic skills Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
