We are hiring a full time permanent Logistics Administrator that will work at our Calgary office Monday through Friday, 8:00AM - 4:30PM.www.hardysales.comThis position is crucial to providing our customers with great service. It is a fast paced job that requires strong communication, multi-tasking and time management skills. This role involves regular communication by phone/email, follow ups and the constant use of our WMS and Microsoft Office.Daily responsibilities include:Coordinate and support the flow of information between the office and warehouse.Booking carrier appointments, truck transport, lumpers, and inspections.Data entry for invoicing, receiving inventory and keeping the system updated.Inventory management.Experience working in an office environment as an administrator is ideal.
