BoviGen Genetic Services is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics & Administrative Coordinator to support domestic and international shipment coordination while serving as a key communication link between clients, shipping partners, and internal departments. This role is strongly focused on administration, documentation, coordination, and client communication rather than physical shipping activities.
The successful candidate will manage multiple moving parts, ensure accurate records and timelines are maintained, and play an essential role in keeping logistics operations running smoothly within a fast-growing and evolving company.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Coordinate domestic and international shipments through clear, professional communication with clients, freight companies, and service providers
Act as a primary point of contact for shipment-related communication, ensuring timely updates and accurate information flow
Prepare, review, and organize shipping-related documentation and administrative records
Track shipment status, follow up on timelines, and proactively address delays or discrepancies
Maintain accurate records related to logistics, inventory movement, and operational activities within internal systems
Liaise with internal departments to ensure shipment details, documentation, and client requirements are clearly communicated and aligned
Support administrative functions including data entry, record verification, and report preparation
Assist with billing support, cost verification, and related administrative tasks
Provide administrative and customer support during peak operational periods
Skills & Qualifications
Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional, client-focused approach
Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable coordinating with external partners and internal teams
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Sheets; QuickBooks experience is an asset
French language skills are an asset but not required
